Fill out a new application form each year
We require a new application annually to keep records current and ensure everyone has acknowledged the current agreements and rules.
Applying on or after October 1
Applications submitted on or after October 1 count toward the next season and expire Dec 31 of the following year.
- New members: you're active as soon as you're approved and paid, so you get the rest of the year included (e.g. join Oct 15, 2026 → good through Dec 31, 2027).
- Renewing members: your current membership still runs through Dec 31, 2026; renewing now simply covers 2027 early.
Renewal grace period — Jan 1 to March 1
Memberships expire December 31, but we don't cut website or field access on January 1. As a courtesy while the new season gets underway, access continues until March 1 — when the new gate code is issued. If you renew before then, there's no interruption to your access at all.
If under 18: a Parent or Legal Guardian must sign both agreements and indicate whether the under-18 member may fly or attend activities without a guardian present.
New pilots must complete a Check Flight before flying solo.
