Fill out a new application form each year
We require a new application annually to keep records current and ensure everyone has acknowledged the current agreements and rules.
Applications submitted after Oct 1st
If you join or renew after October 1, your expiration date will be Dec 31 of the following year (e.g., renew Oct 1, 2025 → expires Dec 31, 2026).
If under 18: a Parent or Legal Guardian must sign both agreements and indicate whether the under-18 member may fly or attend activities without a guardian present.
New pilots must complete a Check Flight before flying solo.
